Barndominium Builder Founder, Jessica Martinson has construction in her blood. From the design and budgeting stage through the fruition of the project, Barndominium Builder is hands on through every stage. Our goal is to is to help the homeowner fulfill their dream by offering them close personal attention and commitment to their project.

Project Planning
Starting your barndominium build off right is essential the end product. We take into consideration your project budget estimate, stylistic themes, recommended material types, and really just get to know you as a client to best build a plan that suits your needs.
Design
Coming up with a basic 2D drawing or blueprint of your build is fairly simple and there are a lot of affordable pre-made barndominium kits to choose from. However, one of our core strengths is to really take the customer on a real life tour of what their future build will become through our enhanced and customizable 3D software platform.
New Construction
The majority of the projects we take on as a barndominium builder are new builds customized and tailored the specific home owners needs. We are a fully turnkey operation with in house team members to support our mission of guiding the customer through a very streamlined and smooth process.
Renovate & Remodel
There are several projects that may not need to start fresh from the beggining, but are either due for a makeover or possibly a full expansion to the existing plans. We can guide you through this process and execute on the plans depending on what we learn after reviewing the details.

Project Review
Once we have received your contact information and reviewed your project with you we will determine if the variables needed to make your project a success are satisfied and then create a budgetary plan along with setting expectations for timeline and payment terms.
Design / Build
After a basic agreement and plan is complete we will begin the design process for your build. Once we go through enough rounds of edits and feel confident to move forward we will begin materials proecurement and stat preparing for your build so we can finish your project on time and on budget.
